Novel anxiolytics - are they currently available ?

There was mentioned some novel anxiolytics like Phenylethylidenehydrazine, Eptapirone and some other which could be helpful in treating anxiety disorders, such as social anxiety. 

 

I wonder, if anyone has already tried any of these RC drugs which I have mentioned ? Are these drugs currently available for ordering, if so from where I can get it ? Or is there currently any group buy for these novel anxiolytics ?
