Hi, I am currently on 10 mg of escitalopram and I want to supplement it with rhodiola rosea or possibly with any other supplement which could help to enhance the effect of escitalopram without any side effects. Before I tried 5mg for a month and half but it did nothing for my anxiety (I planned to take the lowest dose possbile, because 5mg shouldnt cause any side effects). I suffer from severe social anxiety, GAD depression and OCD (mainly in the way of perfectionism).

Do you think it is safe to take rhodiola rosea with escitalopram ? If  so, what dosage woud you recommend ?
Which other supplement can I safety add to escitalopram for augmentation effects ?

Recently I also ordered aniracetam, sulbutiamine, noopept, adaptol and selank ...especially for situational anxiety.

Thank you in advance for any advice you might have.

I can't comment on how effective it will be, but I took rhodiola extracts while on escitalopram without negative effects.

Low doses of buspirone actually combined quite well with escitalopram.
