This is my plan for nootropics/brain health boosters/performance enhancers to to take daily, as well as some ideas as to which I will cycle.  Any ideas as to where I may be unnecessarily overlapping or anything major missing?  Thanks!

Daily:

  CoQ10 w/ B Complex Vitamin

Bacopa

CDP choline  (250-750mg)

Fish Oil

Caffeine (~200mg)

200mg theanine

About 3 days a week (usually not on the same day):

2-8 grams of tyrosine (while weaning myself off the vyvanse or on off-days)

60 mg. Vyvanse

200-500mg phenylpiracetam

300-600mg adrafinil

2-4 days a week for anxiety:

ashwagandha (470 mg 1.5% withanolides up to 2 times in one day)

baicalin (500mg-1.5 grams in a day)

picamilon (50-300mg in a day)

Once/week:

Phenibut (up to 2 grams)

Cycle but take daily during 2-6-week cycle (I plan on cycling off for the length of time during which I take the supplement):

6 grams creatine

rhodiola rosea

10-30mg noopept

Background:  125 pounds, female, 28 years old, diagnosed with social anxiety, general anxiety, ADHD (although I believe that may be due to lack of sleep caused by anxiety lol).  I was taking adderall and/or vyvanse for about 8 years.  I currently have a prescription for 60mg Vyvanse (which feels a lot weaker than my previous, way-too-high adderall prescription).  I have taken klonopin in the past, but had no trouble weaning myself off a few months ago.

Have you taken all of this before, or are there a lot of new additions? I wouldn't add too many things at once, or you won't be able to tell where effects/side effects and mood changes are coming from.

I have taken all of them before.  There are some that I have taken out from time to time and sometimes I would notice the difference, others not, which may be due in part to a placebo effect.  Any non-essentials you see in my daily stack?

If you get good results I wouldn't recommend changing anything, but it sounds like your stacks could be causing issues.Since you have trouble sleeping I would look at your stimulant use. I know I would have a lot of trouble sleeping with that kind of regimen...

Also, CDP choline would be one you might drop to save money since its relatively expensive, but some people get good results from it, while others seem to get depressed from taking choline long-term. I've used it in the past and have dropped it.

Thanks for the tip of CDP choline.  I think I'll give it a month or two and see what I think.  Provided I don't take a high dose of stimulants close to bedtime, that usually doesn't affect my sleep.  Thanks again for the advice!
