Hi,

There are a lot of anecdotes about L-tyrosine being ineffective if administered on a full stomach.

I was wondering if i could dose it sublingually to increase absorption?

Hope someone will reply,

thanks

Yes,just because amino acid may compete with each other unless you know the detailed mechanism that could make a synergy effect .
I used 2000mg L-tyrosine orally , and gradually felt no effect . So, I started to use it sublingually.
For me , taking 500mg sublingually is quite more effective than that .
Sublingual absorption bypass the liver metabolism and competition in indigestive tract.
Maybe you can try it , but started it with low dose.
