I have ordered some stuff from New Star Nootropics in the US to my Skypax address in the UK. As you know, Skypax is a reshiping company.
The value of the order is a bit under 340 USD, shipping included.
The tracking for the parcel indicates that some taxes have to be paid (probably VAT + duty). The current status of the parcel is:
"Payment of charges - Item being held, addressee being notified
Your item could not be delivered on November [...] in UNITED KINGDOM due to payment of charges. It is being held while the addressee is notified"
How can I pay these charges?
Is there any way to pay those charges without having to be present in the UK?
Can Skypax represent me and pay those taxes in order to get the parcel?
How can I solve this problem?
