My physician wants me to stop taking all supplements for about two weeks.  I have very elevated pituitary hormones, and while he is going to check for a pituitary hormone, he thinks the pattern looks more like inflammation or some kind of stimulant on the pituitary.   All the hormones are high, rather than some being enormous and others compensating low.

I take fibrin thinners like nattokinase and lumbrokinase, mainly as a precautionary measure since I have fairly thick viscous blood.   Is it safe to stop these kinds of thinners all at once, or is some kind of wind down dosing required?
