I was just wondering. Let us say that you or anyone else you know lived a healthy lifestyle before beggining calorie restriction. Since we all expect calorie restriction to Slow aging, did any of you ever see/observe any amount of slight to moderate Reversal of the aging process with calorie restriction? (Such as a lessening/eradication of arthritis or improvement in sagging skin or skin quality, or disappearance of chronic aches and pains you have had or were developing?

Or simply, did you just notice that you seemed to age at a slower rate over the years (meaning less differences year-to-year in the mirror or simply feeling exactly the same you did years ago, obviously from a slowing in the aging rate?
