Hello,

 

 

I was wondering to what extend restricting calories results in a change in neurotransmitters.

Personally, I see myself less and less motivated but not just that, live in general seems less pleasurable.

Cognition wise I´m doing perfectly fine, I also have a lot of energy but motivation and pleasure is missing...

So, I was wondering how cutting calories to half about your daily intake would affect dopamine and serotonin levels in the brain.

Haven't found any study's considering that.
