I started eating eggs and putting butter on them along with some beans a while ago.  I noticed that when I cook them with butter, I felt noticeably happy like an hour after eating.  I thought it was strange so I did it again and had the same effect.  I tried it again with coconut oil and did not have the same benefit.  I tried it with a different type of butter and didn't have the same outcome.  I took a few days off and then tried it again and it did the same thing.

What is the reason for this?  Is there something in butter that makes you feel good?

What kind of butter was the effective one?

I didn't mention that because I didn't want to seem like I was trying to advertise a certain brand.

It's a natural kind with normal ingredients with a decent hardness.

I put pepper and turmeric on my eggs but I just used a little.  That was o nthe eggs each time I Think.  I might do it again and make sure I get it on the eggs with the coconut oil.  Maybe some sort of interaction between ingredients?

You mean butter from non-pasteurized raw milk?

I used another kind of butter that I actually like better and didn't have this result.

I put turmeric in other things and have never had that, either.
