Pork rinds are extremely high in glycine while they are very low in methionine. That's the perfect combo for longevity right?

In fact any kind of animal skin matches this.

At a lower degree most beans bring a great glycine/methionine ratio specially lentils.

Just wondering.

Have a look at what sort of preservatives are used in most pork rinds.
