In one of these KOR antagonist / JDTic threads I saw a comment regarding TeamTLR's proprietary product coming from a common plant source. Well I found another kappa active plant, Aconite. Bulleyaconitine A is an analgesic antiinflammatory alkaloid that has been isolated that appers to be a nontoxic kappa antagonist, if I read the abstract right. Its available from Sigma-Aldrich, so other more cost effective sources are probably available. Going to sleep now or I would post abstracts, but I'm suprised this hasn't appeared on Longecity yet.

We need to dig a bit into the stack needed to support a kappa antagonist though -- one for in-brain Microglial-cells (prevent interleukin-release) and one for external peripheral tissue - to prevent cancer.
