I know some people use methylene blue in a dropper bottle and place it straight on their tongue. I am diluting 10mg in a glass of water and it is still turning my whole mouth blue. Is this going to stain my teeth permanently blue?

Speaking from experience, it will stain but it will not be permanent. A few days to a week for it to go away depending on how concentrated the stain is. Funny story, I actually dosed MB the day before a dentist appointment! She said she'd never seen someone's palate so stained. I now mix it into a water bottle and chug it so it's diluted. No staining that way.

Nice prank you pulled on the dentist there! I guess I will just continue drinking the MB diluted in a glass of water as well. I may try mixing with vitamin C, iirc that changes it to a salt which is not so colorful.
