I’ve been looking at photos of people who have lived to 112 and just above (people who have been mentioned in this forum over the years. For example here: http://www.longecity...an-is-doing-cr/) and I must say I’m surprised at how these people seem to be held as inspiration to some people here. From the photos and videos I saw, the 112 pluses looked very infirm and definitely ancient. Not a very good advert for longevity in itself, I would have thought.

No disrespect to these people, though. They obviously lived long despite not having any knowledge about the various longevity supplements that are discussed here. Hopefully, these supplements (and yet to be developed ones) will enable people to live to 112 plus and look and behave as if they are about 45. Though we won’t know that until someone has been taking them long enough.
