I’ll keep this short.

All throughout my adolescent years I was an extrovert. Talkative with lots of charisma.

Now 20 years of age I suffer from:

-Brain fog

-concentration issues

-blurry eyesight

-sounds earsplitting

-panicky sensations such as Impending doom

-trouble speaking fluently

So in a few days I have to conduct an interview and I’m wondering what adaptogen, nootropic, or any other drug,  together or alone would work to ground these sensations and in the long term cure them.

Any experiences or input would greatly be appreciated:

-L-theanine

-Caffeine/L-theanine

-Piracetam

-Gotu Kola

-Niacinamide

-Kratom

-Relora

-Ginseng

-Resveratrol

-Ashwagandha

-Magnolia Root/Bark
-5-HTP
-SAM-e
-PEA
-Phenibut
-DL-Phenylaline
-Rhodiola Rosea
-St. John's Wort
-Manganese
-Lexapro
-Bacopa
-DMAE
-1,3 dimethylamylamine
-Chocamine
-Coffee and/or Green Tea
-Kava Kava
-Valerian Root
-Alcohol

-Inositol

-Lemon Balm

-Reishi

-DHA/EPA Omega-3

-Raw Cacao

-magnesium

-L-Tryptophan

If it's just for this one time interview, I know I'm gonna get lynched for this, but have you considered alcohol? Just one or two glasses to get you "in the zone".

If marijuana is your drug of choice, just a couple puffs of vapor to get you "in the zone".

Seriously though, if it's a one time thing, try high quality/organic shincha/first flush sencha, 7-10g pulverized sencha spread over two cups, or 500mL water.   It's abundant in caffeine, theanine and (-)epicatechin ... three procognitive, anxiolytic substances.

Soon you'll find yourself drinking it before work every day.

Epicatechin mitigates anxiety in association with elevated hippocampal monoamine and BDNF
