Confusion reigns supreme on the topic of Cycloastragenol, TA65 and C60olive oil.

I am not aware of any ongoing scientific research regarding longevity and Cycloastragenol or TA65 or C60 olive oil (C60oo)?  Does anyone have information about current studies?

There's lots of testimonial information on these topics - much of which I put little credence in.

Examples:  You need to take 25 mg of Cycloastragenol daily for a year for it to be effective?  Really?  Where did that data come from?

You should stop TA65 after 1 year?  Why and when do you restart it?  After 25 mg/day for a year can you then drop down to a maintenance dose of say 10 mg or 5 mg/day?

Some testimonials indicates it works for them - but how and based on what? Dosage mg/day, length  of test period, age of recipient, etc. Baldness disappears, grey hair returns to normal color, less frequent urination, hair on the legs returns, sleeping better, etc. etc.

At this point in the game I'm not willing to spend $4+/day for 25 mg of Cycloastragenol (e.g., TA65) for a years time.

However, I have been taking 13 mg/day for about the past month.  I am switching tomorrow to 25 mg/day for a week just to kick start the process.  Thus far I see no positive effects nor any detrimental effects.

I'm also taking 2 ml of C60oo and will continue for at least 3 months.
