I decided to try to cure my IBS by probiotics, which ones should i dose?

I think about those:

- l. reuteri

- l. gasseri

- l. rhamnosus

Also kefir, saurerkraut and picles. A little bit of cheddar and camembert & lactoferrin with 200mg inulin and psyllium husk.

Would this help?

299v has some evidence

Commercially available in Goodbelly products.
Personally, though I like goodbelly, sodium butyrate and oil pulling with coconut oil did more for me.
Tributyrin would be theoretically more beneficial but only available for farm animals (because their gut health is more important apparently)
