Hey guys, I took noopept along with a few other nootropics at the start of the year to help with learning computer programming.

I didn't find that they helped very much and I had a lot of brain fog.

Just wondering what the best nootropic would be to help undertake a solid month of studying.

Thanks.

Besides noopept what else have you tried?

I recommend checking out older threads where people discuss what worked for them. Pretty hard to give a straight 'answer' to what would 'definitely help'.

Might be worth checking out reddit's /r/nootropics to ask for stack advice, perhaps. They have a pretty dynamic and growing community there, too.

You'd have to experiment for yourself and find out what works for you.

In my experience, Phenylpiracetam is by far the best study/work drug. It provides a very clean, astonishingly long stimulatory effect with zen-like focus, as well as increased clarity and creativity, amongst other effects.

Racetams may be your way to go.

Nicotine definitely isn't bad option either as it mimics acetylcholine, which is directly involved in learning and memory.

When I used any of the racetams to study I found that I could learn a lot faster but they made go off topic very easily and continuously rant endlessly, when I would read what I wrote I would often say what the hell was I thinking?!

Has anyone had that experience?

Studying computer science? Phenylpiracetam is the best for this kind of logical structured topic but it's expensive. If you just want something to makee you more focused, Modafinil.

When I study I notice my neck hurts I believe it is increased blood flow to the brain from the neck. So anything that can increase neck size can be helpful.
