Hi All,

Part 1.

It is well known that Robert Lanza's work in stem cell research has been completely paramount to the field's progress.

Please note that Lanza is published 6 times between 2001 and 2006 as academic publications relevant to Replenisens.

Also note that Robert Lanza has continued to push the field and publish numerous papers that have gone under the Sens Website's radar.

Part 2.

The CEO, Paul Wotton, of Robert Lanza's company, Ocata (originally founded by Michael West of Biotime), is threatening to sell the company for a quick and cheap buck to the Japanese firm, Astellas, instead of developing the science further.  Paul Wotton joined Ocata very recently and cut off all communication with Ocata and Lanza supporters, advocates, shareholders and maybe even other people within the Ocata management team.  Then, out of the blue, he announced that Ocata was being purchased by Astellas.  This was a negative surprise to all involved with Ocata.  It even seemed to be a surprise move to some of the management.  Robert Lanza has implied that he is not sure he even wants to continue in this direction if Ocata is actually bought out and placed under the control of a pharma entity with unknown intentions.

Please save stem cell biology by helping to save this deal from occuring.

There is only one sure way to stop the CEO, Paul Wotton and help the CSO, Robert Lanza and humanity.  That is by purchasing as many common shares as you can in Ocata and refusing to sell those shares to Astellas.  TODAY is the last day to purchase shares and save Ocata from foreign aquisition with unknown intentions and most likely much less ability or determination to move the research forward.

I waited until today because I do not want my request to be about soliciting business.  This is not about business.  This is about science and humanity. The acquisition was announced in November 11th.  Ocata shareholders are the only ones able to block this travesty from occuring.  I could have brought this request forward back in November, but I am not here to solicit.  I am not asking for people to purchase shares in Ocata in order to block this deal even though I've wanted to request this since the CEO's announcement and the coming end to stem cell biology in America.

Other than purchasing shares in Ocata to gain a majority ownership to help Robert Lanza block this blindsided aquisition, there is one option left to save the science: Michael D. West.

Yes, Michael West may have expressed interest in recovering Ocata from being placed under Astellas control.

We all know Michael West.  If we can urge Michael West to proceed with requesting a merger or aquisition with Ocata, then we may be able to save the stem cell biology field, which is 1/7th of the Sens Research Strategy.

Let's do this!
