Hey guys, Im trying to replicate a supplement that i used to use for workouts

 

I have all the supplements on the ingredients, but there is 2 im not sure of

 

Vinpocetine and Huperzine 

 

I like the way this supp feels and i suspect its from these 2 ingredients

 

can anyone tell me how to dose with these?
