Yes everyone is more or less sensitive, but I wouldn't talk about genetically susceptible depression. From reserches seems like if you have a family history it's more because of learnt emotional and cognitive processes, the way you relate to life. Yes seems like a 25% of weight is about genes (and I would talk about sesitivity), that means the rest 75% is about life, cognitive and mostly emotional intelligence, no proof has been ever fond about genes or biological causes, just hypothesis, also serotonin system dysfunction seems like BS at the moment, it is not proven and has not been found in every depressed ppl, seems more like a consequence more than a cause, mind that lack or raise of neurotrasmitters are modulated by external and internal stimuli, so we go back to the fact that the way you relate to your life is a major cause, and no, I don't mean if you have a nice family a lovely wife lot of money and a good job you can't be depressed, internal life is more important than external life, I could be sorrounded by lovely people and still feel isolated, that's a problem about emotions and internal perception about life that has to be fixed.

It was 5 meo dalt causing that for me, which is a psychedelic that doesnt really cause visuals, long before i triggered shizophrenia i tried, lsd, 2ci, 2ce, 2cc which allmade me feel horriblein treshold doses, 2cc made mysel look fucking ugly when i looked in the mirror,but i used to have bdd which is a problem with the visual cortex, i realised now thats true with trying bk2cb when i wasmyself from turning more ugly to normal looking.

 

the only psychedelic that ever worked forme in treshold doses was 2cd, it worked for my anhedonia before i triggered shizophrenia but i never noticed any 3d effect of any psychedelic at all, that said i also used gbl every everning before that which worked perfectly, gbl can easily be used daily without addiction or tolerance if you only use it in the evenings and never for sleep, i could never sleep on it anyway i took it before sleep a few which made me get out of bed to post on online fora again, that was the time i made my first experimental thread there, back when animal was here, then i tought amphetamine was too strong to use daily and raved about low daily doses of amt which has long history of use in the sovjet union and proven to be safe, but i found it a bit too weak and the combo with amp was terrible,amnd from all drugs helping my anhedonia only amphetamine made me feelnormal,curing my sa, ocd etc,tje others just mademe enjoy posting online more,that said i didnt really have anhedonia back then to notenjoy posting on online fora or listen to music, just the combination of 2cd and gbl was what i beleive the solution for daily euphoria if only used in the evening without any downsides, the combo made me feel lie fucking xtc, except themaking menormal thing and able to interact with others likea normal human being.

 

That said i only ever experienced that 3d effect that time, after i ran out of stims and only took codeine when i readded stims, codeine suddenly stopped working again and i was back where i was before, with 5 meo dalt not giving that 3d effect or opiates having any effect, i still dont get any 3d effect of psychedelics,and never had this before i triggered shizophrenia, that said i strongly beleive that is part how normal people experience the world.

 

i never noticed tolerance to the therapeutic effect of anything like whats normal in adhd, only to euphoric or recreational effects,im also sure losing the effect of codeine working all of a sudden has nothing to do with tolerance, as it happened all of a sudden with goes in line with paradoxal responses in shizophrenia and allways getting a differened effect fromthe same meds or substances, i allways lose every therapeutic effect that was quite dramatic of any combination i take ater i stopped them even for a few days and then retried them, like i get barely any reward from sex and the combo of 10mg dexamphetamine, 5 meo dalt, verapamil, viagra(which im immume too for sexual dysunctionuing and i only got woring again with fluvoxamine,even after i kept running out and starting again after a few days which was paradoxal to everything i experienced with anything else before.

 

i got 1plsd but that doesnt eithergive me that 3d effect, do you beleive its something part of what normal humans experience? i never got that working on psychedelics at all,and also i only used treshold doses of 5 meo dalt which arent recreational but therapeutic, if you can beleive thats true, there are ppl that took lsd in low daily doses for depression, in my experience atleast once that work forme are definatly therapeutc in low daily treshold doses.

 

You dont want to experience any normality thats not sustainable, but i beleive that theeffect that maesyou normal you wont get tolerant so tell me the harm in trying low daily doses of amphetamine, a psychedelic that gives you that 3d effect and anything else that you find therapeutic, you wont expect it to last and if its sustainable tolerance would fully occur after 2 weeks i you dont increase the dose, you dont expect it to work long term so wheres the harm? if you are concerned of abusing them take a low dose of naltrexome to put a ceiling effect on the max euphoria you canexperience, the opiate receptors mediate the euphoria and alot of the addiction, they tried the additioon ofnaltrexone succesfully in alcohol addicts treated with ghb that wanted to increase the ghb dose.

 

That said only fluvoxamine fixes my sexual reward and makes viagra works which contributes to that,and i still cant enjoy video games like i used to and im sure i have more reward deficits i dont remember having ornever had so i want to try the addition of fluvoxamine with a tca so see wheter it can help me,im very optimistic reading those anecdotes but skeptical it can do for me what amphetamine does, that said i would know if they do if i stop using stims after they kick nin.

You should try it medieval. I can say that my reward system is waking up, and im only a few days into SSRI+TCA. I'm not taking any random drugs anymore, the only reason i went off this combo is so i could still take psychedelics since i enjoyed them so much. But i want to enjoy life sober, and for that, it's potent AD time.

Orgasm pleasure has returned, i get endorphins again from exercise.. and this is only week 1. Full remission in the studies is by week 12.

 

Highly recommend people with Anhedonia to do the SRI+TCA combo, ramp up the doses slowly to maximum therapeutic ranges. The emotional numbness comes from SSRI monotherapy, with augmentation, SSRIs are pretty good, the synergy makes the drugs an entire class of their own

Why cant you take psychedelics on the combo? they allways worked for me on ssris, but then im just talking about the therapeutic effect.

because TCAs have 5ht2a antagonist activity. I tried taking a psychedelic on the combo and it wasn't fun at all. i got hypertension effect like you explained earlier, felt like i was going to have a heart attack haha. scary shit.

Won't touch any other drugs on this combo.

 

best TCA for augmentation is Nortriptyline, it's cheap and available online, its potent at 5HT2C, and NE reuptake inhibition.

Also depends which SSRI you take with it, as to which dose Nortriptyline you take. with fluvoxamine, im not sure if it increases TCA blood levels. All i know is Prozac, triples TCA blood level, Zoloft has no interaction, and same with Celexa.

 

So for Prozac, 25mg nortriptyline = 75mg

Zoloft 25mg nortriptyline = 25mg

 

the therapeutic range for nortriptyline is 75-100mg, maximum is 150mg.

 

So i take 25mg nortriptyline with my prozac 20mg, and then ramp up to 40mg prozac, and the feeling i got when i hit 40mg prozac on this combo, felt amazing haha

I dont think 5 meo dalt has any afinity or 5ht2a asit doesnt have any psychedelic effects, also its something i dont want and low doses of bk2cb worked fine when i too that tca, its just this stim thats legal in the uk now, i took a overdose several weeks ago and everytime i take it causes severe arythemia, tachycardia and my pulse beating completely differened from my heart, benzos, propranolol and phenibut in high doses normalised this mostly but when i added a cannabinoid or 1plsd i felt like dying again, took all my benzos and propranolol in a day to antagonize it, then i took high doses of phenibut and got those episodes of extreme tachycardia, arythenia, pulse beating completely differened, sudden massive beatings in my chest and feeling like i was gonna get cardiac arrest any minute, another time i had extreme coordination and was walking into card and the road, also yesterday kept puking up fleshy crap out of my stomach and had it once today, last night had a extremely hot chest and also chestpains, upon research i found that this can all be warning signs of cardiac arrest which can occurs for weeks before, even just chestpains when your younger then 50 ypu should check out.

i also feel like total shit at times and feel like im getting some sort of seizure, this can be heart related.

if you do more research youll find all my listed symptions but i called the ambulance  times, egc was normal and only once was hospital where i was discharged when my bloodwork was fine, either way ive read they need to do more specific differened tests as a egc isnt that reliable, either way theres nothing i can do and with clonazepam and propranolol i mostly normalised the problem, the answer is stop taking stims but i rather die then going trough my horrible anhedonia, for most ppl that severe anhedonia would lead them to suicide if they didnt have a solution.

 

That said with the problem normalised on clonazepam and propranolol i gues ill be fine, i cant get a immediate doc visit here as i live in the country with the worst possible healthcare, its really shocking actually but i plan on exposing the nhs somehow with anecdotes of other people etc, but i got no idea how.

 

anyway my egc was allways normal and ive been trough nmuch worse when i was confronted with severe cognitive impairment trying severely experimental combos as as one thing i was tioo impaired to really know what i was doing but i had to do it to safe myself from the retardation ive seen from full shizophrenics ive seen in a ward, all my online friends of the past with predromal shizophrenia completely lost it now saying they see demons telling them to do stuff they dont wonna do, or jesus telling what meds to take resulting in symptions where the guy was allmost dying everyday, it was a horrible battle for me but i made it far away from the worst.

Allright ive got a differened stimulant now but i feel apathic on it, never used to, also ever since the last stim i havent enjoyed music anymore. while a few days ago i tried 1plsd with it and suddenly had that 3d effect back for a part, then i tried a low cannabinoid dose and i was wathing something funny and started laughing with a extremely pleasant feeling behind it, i remember that from when i was a kid.

 

I then tried to add in a opiate however that didnt really do much, except some pleasant effects and calmness, next day i received my other stim but its not working for anhedonia like it used to, it worked in the past so either its some sort of cross tolerance but i dont think so, Ive had 4eph suddenly stopping to work before, feeling simular to the way this stim feels but it reversed again after a few days.

 

I cant find any enjoyable activity and its making me rather apathic.

 

At times i love hanging out with ppl, love wathing soaps, love films, get sexual reward, get reward from posting online with differened aspects disappearing etc, it doesnt go in line at all with the stim i use, the reward system seems to rapidly adapt to things sometimes, also meds i took in the past never worked again even after stopping them for a few days.

 

Ive been smoking some nicotine from tin foil as my ecigarette broke and it somehow helps the apathy and i enjoy posting here again, tried the lsd and cannabinoid again and the special reward fixing effects werent there.

I know its nothing to do with tolerance, its like meds or other things induce changes which cause random effects, also i forgot to mention i ran out of phenibut and took mirtazepine for sleep the last 2 days. But mirtazepine never really caused apathy, that said i allways get differened effects when i take in a med in some ways.

 

This stim still works for anhedonia but i do feel bored and apathic mostly staring at stuff, not feeling like replying etc, when i had this a few weeks ago with my old stim it reversed after a couple of days.

I also feel depressed,this could be a good sign tough, eg emotions returning as normally i never really feel depressed but perhaps is cross tolerance from the other stim a problem, altough i normally never notice tolerance to the anti anhedonic effect of stims.

 

I dont notice any health problems on this stim, sorry for the chaotic post above but felt stressed with those cardiac symptions. I mostly suspect its the mirtazepine as i feel simular now to how i felt on olanzepine and the days after.

Ur swapping drugs too much though. Anti anhedonia effects from ADs take much longer, 6-8 weeks of the drug being in your system.

I get initial decrease of DP and bit more energy at the start with SSRI+TCA, but alot of apathy, always happen when drug is adjusting, then the pleasure and emotions comes later.

 

I was doing OK on no drugs for abit there, just from NoFap and Meditation. was getting profound results with emotions coming in, but as soon as i orgasm, i crash hard and go into apathy. This tells me my reward system is fucked, cos when i exercise i also feel depressed after. 

Only thing that seems to get my reward working again is SSRI+TCA or Parnate, endorphins start working again and get pleasure from socialising and movies.

If i take SSRI alone i just get apathy and women are invisible to me haha. Something about the TCA addition changes the SSRI, i'm thinking because SSRIs act like a mild agonist at all the 5HT receptors like 5HT2c which when activated, suppresses dopamine release. TCAs increase dopamine release by potently blocking that receptor, among others.

Im not really swapping per se, i have to switch stimulant after the goverment makes it illegal, and i have a psychedelic codeine and a cannabinoid which i sometimes test as an addition to my regime.
