Hello,

I do manual therapy and I'd like to experiment with some nootropics that could improve tactile sensibility, without getting too zonked out.

I already tried Piracetam, which, for me, subtly improves focus. Low-Dose THC is also not bad, but I would prefer something at least semi-legal.

thanks.

Blindfold yourself and feel different objects with your hands. Whenever I blindfold myself I notice that I pay much more awareness to my voice and to sounds in general, I don't pay much attention to my skin though. I have hard time figuring out the braille patterns on my meds. Can you do it? Try 15+ min of tactile training every day for a week and then report your findings.
