What drug/supplement can i take to help me learn better i have PDD

i have issues with fluid thought, creativity, and learning...

 

i have been taking alot of ginseng latley but that dosent really help. also broccli spourt extrcat does not help..... or b vitamins.....any thing else?

 

 

i also took these seeds that are supposed to help retards in india it really didnt help.

 

 

any other suggestions?

 

Im also suffering from depression, any good supplements for that? im not trying to take any doctor narcos because i read all the negative side effects from them of ppl on this forum.

 

 

 


PS I abused nootropics heavilty for 2 years and now my dick does not work anymore.

If i was a doctor, i would suggest an antidepressant of some sort.

 

Note that there is a possibility of sexual dysfunction, so be careful, or your sclong might break.

When you say that you abused nootropics for 2 years, can you give more details about what you took, how much of it, etc?

 

Also, did the sexual problems coincide with the development of depression?

I can tell you for a fact, the topic creator here used to 'pop nootropics like candy'

A combination of taurine and sunifiram is what seems to have caused his problem.

 

I know all this because he likes to make topics about it

Eat healthy, exercise, and see where you are in a year.  Don't use any quick fixes.  

 

If you damaged yourself with pills, don't use more pills to fix the issue.  Let your body reset and heal.
