In my experience, it is as follows:
BCAA complex - significantly improved sleep quality and significantly improved mood upon waking but minimal positive effect on ability to fall asleep
Glycine - significantly improved ability to fall asleep but only minimal positive effect on sleep quality
Magnesium - minimal effect on sleep quality and ability to fall asleep
Magnesium and BCAA complex are a great mix in my opinion but all 3 together can paradoxically reduce sleep quality.
The BCAA complex consists of 2:1:1 of leucine, isoleucine and valine.
