I was using maltodextrin with now brand carbo gain. It was 63g of carb and 2g sugar per 250 calories. I read that practically maltodeztrin is the same as sugar. A poster suggested using vitargo which I haven't found much information for, karbolic and karbolyn, but those had sucralose. I saw some oat substance on amazon but it was like 20 % fiber per 100 calories so I kind of think that's too much. When I use carbo gain I get tired after.

Do any of you know anything that might do? And is there any mix fat you can add? Approximately the complete range of fat I can think of is runny like oil. That won't combine easily.
