I already ordered my NR supply and would like to know long term effects of NR on your health. I know there is another thread on NR Personal sharing experience but that thread mostly for short term experience (few days or few weeks after taking NR). So I would like to start a thread where users already taking NR for more than 3 months and above.
For those already taking NR for 3 months or more, please share your experience, either positive or negative. Thanks

2 weeks smooth skin
2 months radiant skin
9 month blood test cholesterol dropped from 211 to 191 and triglycerides dropped significantly also
12 month younger between 5-10 years
Lost 8 lbs in the last two month with 375mg, limiting carbohydrates and exercise.
