An AHA-based (or BHA) product should go on top of your treatment/serum or under? I've heard various views, what do you, skincare gurus, think?

Also, has anyone tried a TCA peel cream? E.g.:

Our glycolic & tca peel cream is truly one of a kind with the most effective exfoliating ingredients available.  This highly concentrated yet gentle cream will give you exactly what you need for fresher, brighter, healthier skin.

Ingredients In Alphabetical Order

Acer Saccharum (Sugar Maple) Extract, Aloe Vera, Argan Oil, Citric acid, Citrus Aurantium Dulcis (Orange) Fruit Extract, Citrus Limon (Lemon) Fruit Extract, Fermented Coconut Fruit Natural Preservative, Fermented Vegetable Natural Preservative, Glycolic Acid, Grapeseed Oil, Saccharum Officinarum (Sugar Cane), Shea Butter, Tocopherol (Vitamin E), Trichloroacetic Acid (TCA), Vaccinium Myrtillus (Bilberry) Fruit Extract, Vegetable Emulsifying Wax, Xanthan Gum

I am looking for alternatives to Retin A  :-D
