Hello everyone,

I ran my 23andMe data through the free Nutrahacker test. http://imgur.com/a/lItJM

According to this information, I have a CBS and two VDR mutations that have led Nutrahacker to suggest avoiding methyl donors. However, I have 3 mutations related to vitamin B12 that recommend the use of methyl B12, as well as multiple recommendations for L-methylfolate. Are methyl B12 and L-methylfolate not methyl donors? Given this information, how should I proceed?
