Eurycoma and Propanolol Interactions

I've found eurycoma longifolia (tongkat ali) to be one of the greatest supplements for testosterone-related effects (mood, libido, etc) but the below study says it greatly decreases propanolol's absorption.
Modification of propranolol's bioavailability by Eurycoma longifolia water-based extract.

Would this apply to all beta blockers, as in bisoprolol as well?

Propanolol can be taken sublingually - problem solved.

I was more concerned with bisoprolol. Is that also able to be used sublingual?
