I'm gonna try start mega dosing vitamin c again, assuming it doesn't cause that haemorrhoid bleeding effect. I don't think I have to worry about insomnia, as long as I keep taking my trazodone.

I was recently diagnosed with ADHD, makes a lot of sense going through the criteria and my childhood, especially the emotional dysregulation, and my dad and auntie have obvious outward hyperactive adhd, mines more mental hyperactivity, which I always assumed was OCD.

I'm on my 4th day of titration on elvanse, 30mg for the first 14 days, 50mg the next 14 days.

Seems to be having some positives, and some negatives.

Positives are:

  • I can actually work for hours straight on the fun part of my job.
  • I can actually concentrate well.
  • My emotional dyregulation has improved the most it's ever been, I don't get severly upset by small spats or criticism, like this was hugely dramatic for me.
  • My appetite is crushed, which will hopefully help with getting to a healthy weight (96kg now)
  • No insomnia issues, or stim issues, no bp issues, no anger issues, but a lot of that's due to trazodone's a1 antagonism
  • Had a glimps of genuine happiness yesterday, like proper feeling, only lasted like 40 minutes, before I drank energy drinks and smoked. But reminded me of similar experiences with vitamin c and other specific supplements.

Negatives:

  • Main one is rabbit holing with AI all day, trying to figure out the glimpse, and put in all my other experiences over the years.
  • Took 400mg of caffeine tablets (to avoid taurine which sedates the hell out of me) with elvanse and my stack this morning, hoping to recreate yesterday glimpse, but it felt more like fake happiness.

According to hours of talking to AI, I'm currently under theraputic levels, and the elvanse alone restored some hedonic tones, while caffeine and nicotine basically made my DA/NE levels noisy again.

So after going through all my experiences, the only decent non dirty supplements I could expriment with that could give me instant mood lifts, are megadosing EPA to around 5g, or try megadosing vitamin C again. I had to choose the latter, because the former will bankrupt me right now (though maybe an option in the not too distant future, as I got a raise, but savings need to kick in).

AI told me that I can't take it in the morning, cause it'll acidfy my blood, and I'll pee out the amphetamine. So I'm gonna take a teaspoon tonight, and hopefully every night (if no side effects), and hopefully see if it makes any difference to my hedonic tone while on elvanse. Also need to drop all caffeine, eventually nicotine, and I'm also having 3 eggs in the morning now.

Here's a summary of the current stack/routine:

### Morning Stack (taken all together at either 8/9/10 AM with 3 microwaved Eggs)

I just went back to 1g vitamin c in the morning.

In fact for a month and a half I didn't even take my stack, because the elvanse made me obsessed with a side project entirely, was working on it for 12 hours or more, 8am-10pm, complete time blindness, got a hell of a lot of stuff done.

Then my job upped me to full time, I was over this side project, and I needed to switch meds, cause elvanse was only giving me 5 hours sleep. So gotta try dex now. Seems to be working.

But yeah, no megadoing vitamin c for me. 1g is enough.

Oh and I had to drop all these recently added brain supplements:

* 1 × Astaxanthin (Astalif) 12 mg
* 1 × Fisetin (Novusetin) 100 mg
* 1 × Black Cumin Seed Oil 1 g

They completely killed my libido and caused anhedonia. I could say it was the adhd meds stim effects. But since I dropped them, I'm more happy and horny lmao

I know astaxanthine was the main one, because even before going on meds liek a year ago, I had to drop a 2mg version of it cause it killed my libido. The DHT lowering effects of it are super strong in me. And then when ai told me those other 2 also lower DHT, I dropped them as well.

It's a shame cause astaxanthine is amazing for mental clarity.

That's the point i have pointed out several times that testosterone is the most powerful hormone and drug. Actually most medications and food additives are aimed at lowering testosterone and making you buy some crap as a means to compensate low energy caused by low testosterone. The enlightening info came from a guy here who had been snuffing dianobol + data about 80% drop of testosterone level since 1900. But the guilty bastards are not punished as always.

however normal testosterone levels did not make ancestors happy all the time, otherwise it's not possible to explain drinking spirits and smoking tobacco, opium and any kinds of stimulants. There is other major process going on: growth of excitation in nervous system with each year after alpha brain waves are overtaken by beta. I bet drugs increasing alpha rithms have been banned last years because they are major substances promoting longevity: phenibut, phenozepam and all in that group in Russia. Those increase alpha brain waves. I also suspect that super long livers had some anomaly in production of nervous substances and retained strong alpha waves for longer periods. The reason to think so is that none of them was an individual of intellectual profession. They were villagers without any serious education. It's a conspicuous fact that as soon as the person gets more nervous his/her other body systems start to degrade with increased speed. In other words combo of testosterone and soothing drugs are the key to longevity. Therefore the elite owns grape farms and make home wine with feeding others with alcohol made from mineral oil which is called technical ethanol.

Supposedly, stone-age people of 40000 years ago had only alpha brain waves which imho is the natural state of human mind which had been before eating biblical apple of sin. That explains why children try to resist school education which enforces faster substitution of alpha rithm by unnatural beta one. I think appearance and development of beta rithm was caused by development of speech both verbal and speech as thoughts. Children think by images instead of words due to alpha rithm. Enforcement of beta state to our minds leads to degradation of alpha-based side of psyche where thinking by images is only one part. Other part is that alpha state manages control of all bodily functiions and generally homeostasys in another way and responds for longevity. In other words modern humans are doomed to have short lives. It explains why neither rockfellers nor putin will live longer than poor people. As they have to refuse from beta state in a radical way which means breakage of their all rituals of rich life. Btw the same thought was expressed in Aldous Huxley's novel 'in many years'. Well, the resulting idea is that humanity's so called progress or development went in the wrong direction after decision to adopt beta state as the basis for future development which is considered a sin in abrahamic religions. It may be so. It also explains why jesus crist insisted on 'be like children'.

Some thoughts re how language and beta state emerged: under effect of psycodelic substances from hallucenogenic plants inducing gamma brainwaves the effect of glossolalia as per terence mackenna was produced and as those trips were witnessed by entire tribe and jibbered words accepted as prophecies and later repeated it finally led to formation of language and speech. Thus, psychodelic plants were the biblical apple of sin. This all nicely explains why tribes in modern caucasus in russia who have had lowest iqs have had the largest percentage of longlivers. It also means that you have to pay the high price for intellect. Putin's doctoral team solves this matter in a bizzar way: his last congratulational new year speech was produced by AI and it was very well noticeable. Supposedly, the guy now mostly exists on alpha inducing drugs to live as much as possible and tv shows mostly some actors with plastic surgeries to resemble that guy. These are just thoughts. Don't take close to heart. As to vitC overdosing, as i have written before, it may activate prehistoric metabolism and consequently strengthen alpha rithm or remnants of it. But definitely it's not the most potent means for the purpose.
