Rate my beginner stack

HI guys,

 

could you rate my "beginner" stack?

 

5 times a week (morning)

Phenylpiracetam 100 mg -->stimulant

Pramiracetam 400 mg --> focus, short term memory

Noopept 20 mg --> long term memory, NGF

Phenibut 250 mg --> mood, anxiety

 

6-7 times a week (morning)

Alpha GPC 99% 500 mg --> fuel, dopamine receptor upregulation

 

I choose the lowest effective dose for each nootropic to avoid tolerance or other side effects.

 

Being in Italy, I would choose to buy from Intellimeds. Are they legit?

Phenibut 250 mg 5 times a week will get you in trouble. Read people's experience with Phenibut, along with maximum per week frequency.

I did have results with Pramacetam i.e. increase motivation/focus, but if I remember correctly, I had to cycle as the effects wore off after several days.  You may have a different experience.  One of the only ones that did anything for me.

 

Read about phenibut e.g. tolerance and withdrawl and be careful.

Thanks for the answers but I thought 250 mg is a very low dose and I'll take weekends off. In addition, I would take the supplement in the morning just before breakfast (not on completely empty stomach). 

I read a lot of experiences of low doses ciclyng some days off and achieve success.

 

I'm looking forward to hearing your aswers.

Yeah, I understand. Phenibut is a no joke. Instead what can i use to reduce anxiety, improve mood and socialization? Aniracetam Sulbutiamine Theanine caffeine Tianeptine Other things?

For a beginner stack, I think you may be streching it a bit. People take those to solve issues, not necessarly to improve baseline.
For baseline improvement, just go with a good multivit brand and add some NAC into it. Magnesium and Vit D are a good choice as well since most are defficient.
