I have been skulking around the forums for quite some time now (on and off for 1 year, seriously reading for 1 month), and recently joined.  I have been reading a lot of information from turnbuckle and his experiences with c60.  I hope sir, that you would help me a little with your process since I can't seem to gleam from you why you changed your regiment.  I am purely curious and have zero hostile intentions.

  • Have you quit C60oo all together?
  • I look at your profile and all the posts you have made on C60oo.  You post a lot of information that, at least anecdotally, c60 has made many improvements in your life.  But I now see that you have abandoned (or maybe just stopped focusing) on c60?  Is this because you don't see the anti-aging properties being displayed in humans or were the effects not permanent or that to you it may look more dangerous than helpful or other?
  • I understand the great outlook of NAD, and I read your post on why you take nicotinamide and ribose seperatly, but is there a reason you are sticking with NR instead on going with NMN? Cause of the 2 step process maybe?  Or price?  Or just not enough research?  or Just a better product in your opinion?

I don't expect or need a long post, I just want to understand your thought process so I can better evaluate my regiment.

Thanks so much!
