Phosphatidylserine - when should one take it?

I had probably high cortisol issues and currently im working out some things which i mentioned in this topic http://www.longecity.org/forum/topic/99007-feeling-wonderful-at-night-kind-of-brainfog-and-probably-photophobia-in-the-day-whats-the-reason/ 


Few months ago i tried some herbs: rodhiola rosea, ashwagandha(they didnt work good, made me sleepy and tired) to lower cortisol levels because i felt horrible in the mornings. Now i feel all day a lot better but i remember that when i took 200mg of Phosphatidylserine at about 16:00-17pm i felt horrible - dizzy and depersonalized + i took it hour before shopping so bright shops lamps made me feel even less comfortable.


Today i took 100mg of slightly expired Phosphatidylserine at around 16:20 with coffee, magnesimum with b6 and b12 100mcg - it gave me kinda brainfog for 30 minutes but then i felt memory improvement and verbal fluency as in the evenings( i described everything in the topic Feeling wonderful at nights..).


Why would it work so good now when it gave me mostly side effects when i took it before?


For 99% i dont have megnesimum deficency(had blood test it was all ok) and b12 but by some reason when i take it with coffee it makes my mind clearer and makes my mood better.

i don't know what to tell you except i had a bizarre encounter with Phosphatidylserine. first time i took it i had extremely vivid dreams all night and woke up exhausted. that continued for 3 nights and i had to stop taking it because of exhaustion. when i restarted that a week later, no effects whatsoever. the most unusual supplement from all i tried (except for psychodelics of course).
