Fight Aging posted an article on the drug Tetramethylpyrazine, an extract that has been around for a while but is unavailable for purchase except via lab connections. This thread is for discussion of that drug and a possible group buy.  This drug has some very good promise as a senolytic, possibly clearing as much as 50%.

A couple of thoughts:

 

1. The study injected TMP in the bone marrow cavity.

 

2. From the study:

 

Tetramethylpyrazine (TMP), the bioactive component extracted from Ligusticum wallichii Franchat (Chuanxiong)

 

If you were thinking of oral administration, then that herb can be obtained in off-the-shelve supplements, or in bulk.
