This concerns SENS, but it's also about fundraising / projects / campaigning so, I'll let the admins decide if this is the right forum (I understand there is a forum specifically for SENS-related stuff).

We at Sens.Org have registered a HelloBar(which only non-profits can do), linking to our 'donate' page, which supporters can put on their sites. You can preview it here at :

http://www.sens.org/special/hello-demo

nb. This is just an initial configuration. The text and colour can be reconfigured.

Problem is, how to campaign to get our supporters to put the bar on their sites?

We know there are a few webmasters, facebookers, and twitterers here at Imminst & Longecity. Could Imminst possibly lend any muscle to getting the bar out there?

That looks like it has a lot of potential. I have tried to do a similar thing in trying to get other websites to put a "forum" or a "discuss here" button or something to that effect on their page that leads to a directly related sub-forum or a sub-forum made specially for them at Longecity. A bar like that might work for that too, Ill have to check into it. I'll also think about how we might be able to help you spread that SENS bar.

Hmm, so any thoughts on how to use this? This is a handy tool – shame to see it gather dust. Maybe we could move it to Mind's recent 'like button' thread?
