There are many gerontological scientific journals. If You google with keywords "gerontology journal" or "biogerontology journal" You will receive many results.
Here are some examples:

Vincent Giuliano's Aging Sciences - Anti-aging Firewalls blog. Very well written articles, loaded with references, on all aspects of anti-aging and the latest research, also covers other age-related health issues like cancer research. I started reading his blog several years ago and he taught me a lot about aging theories and things I could do to delay the aging process.

Hmm how do you tell which ones have high standards and don't publish BS aging research?
