Hey All,

Was wondering, the past couple of days I have been feeling very sluggish, low energy. Today I only had energy to spend 1/2 hour in the gym & I don't like it. Wondering if it is just a funk or I am somewhat nutrient deficient. Below I will write down all the vitamins, minerals, & nootropics I'm currently taking. If anybody has any really good experiences with certain supplements that will boost physical energy daily, please let me know & let me know if there is something I should not take when I'm on it. (ex: MAO inhibitors)

Thanx

DAILY:
Fish Oil - 5000mg
Selenium - 200mcg
NAC - 1200 mg
Magnesium Citrate - 400mg
Vitamin E - 400 IU
Vitamin K - 2100 mcg
Vitamin D - 5000 IU
B Vitamin (Jarrows B-Right) - 1 Capsule
Zinc Picolinate - 100mg
Mega Folinic Acid - 800mcg
Piracetam - 3200mg
Alpha GPC - 900mg
Tribulus Terrestris - 1250 mg

OCCASIONALLY:
Sulbutiamine
Rhodiola Rosa

That's too much zinc. It can induce lethargy and low energy. Cut it down to 25-50mg and add manganese ~10-15mg to support energy production.
