ive only recently started taking it at 500mgs 2x daily

Ever happen to you? Idk maybe I need to take it down to 250 2x daily. ~160 lbs 6'0"

Happened this morning, the urine smelled fishy and the colour was a bright yellow, i took 1.5g yesteday so i think it's normal

Alcar gives me a weirdest feeling. Would not doubt it can make the urine smell.
