I was looking around at a restaurant restroom for the bunch of bottled chemicals they have on the shelves. One I came across was called Steramine. It's a sanitizer. The bottle clearly stated that it kills the HIV-1 virus and was just fascinated by that. Not sure what this does to humans? The ingredients of this product is : 50% quaternary, and the other I believe is Alkyl (dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride dihydrate).

I jotted down the company website from the back of the bottle: steramine.com and www.sanitize.com

It is not only that. There are other sanitizing products, that kill HIV. There are also heat and presaure sterilizing methods, that kill HIV. However, there is a difference between Sanitizing and something, that You can use as a drug. So far no drug kills HIV.
