CILTEP vs. Choline + DHA + UMP - which is more effective? I just finished 45 days on the Mr Happy Stack and found it really did make me much better at absorbing new information. I want to try CILTEP next and am think of alternating these two.

I said "it really did make me much better at absorbing new information"... so yes it was way better than other nootropics I've tried. Racetams are the worst for me!
So now I'm thinking this might be the next upgrade:
artichoke extract 450mg + forskolin 5g + CDP Choline 300mg + Uridine 200mg + DHA 500mg + 10mg b6
