So I recently spent some time learning how to parse timestamps and do a bit of factor analysis, in the interests of looking at my Zeo sleep data some more. I've done the following:
- morning caffeine pills http://www.gwern.net...#pilot-analysis : correlates with earlier waking
- alcohol http://www.gwern.net/Zeo#alcohol : correlates with no harm to sleep
- optimal bedtime http://www.gwern.net...or-better-sleep : probably a little earlier than usual
- optimal wakeup time http://www.gwern.net...or-productivity : also probably a little earlier than usual
