Does anyone here make their own skin products? What would you recommend a spray for general health / anti-ageing include? I have been using a water based spray containing DMAE and I recently added magnesium sulphate (since it is used as a bath soak and I read it can have a relaxing effect).
I am considering adding retinol, but it seems like I would need to buy it as retinyl palmitate and dissolve it in a lipid solution, instead of water. I would think coconut oil should work, which doubles as a good moisturiser.
