When applying pressure to certain bones, the surface of the bone will hurt. As far as I can see the long bones are the ones that hurt (legs, arms, chest). No pain on any skull bones, fingers, toes, spine, tail bone, etc.

My chinese girlfriend says that in China that means that the blood is not circulating right and the body needs a massage. I thankfully will accept that kind of treatment, but I am also interested in the real cause of that and what could be done against that cause.

I found a common denominator low in diet to be Silica. But everything needs balance. Or symptoms will show the imbalance. Calcium 2EAP? Niacinimide will increase blood flow, but all that growth demands Magnesium, Zinc, etc.......
