Hello,

I became interested in trying Jiaogulan supplements to promote the normalization of my dopaminergic system. According to this post a 410mg dose of Gypenosides was about equivalent to the dose required for dopaminergic repair according to studies. The only Jiaogulan I could find had 75mg per serving of 2 500mg pills. So I need 10 pills per day to to get even close to that? Is there any danger in taking in so much per day?

There's 98% Gypenosides extracts around. Solgar has capsules with this extract, bulk suppliers carry it too.

From the TCm (traditional medicine folks) acupuncture today.com

1000mg powder or 25-200 mg gypenosides.  I just use pure powder extract (though my supplier is currently out of stock).

Very safe stuff according to them.  Only caveat, it can increase immune system, so perhaps use carefully if you have an autoimmune disease.

It works well to lower blood sugar  (increases AMPK) and I've used with people (over 40) to help weight loss, but first I'm hearing about any effects on dopamine.

hah did you read some in vitro study regards its dopamine system fix? because as far as i know, this stuff has been used for a really long time with no real results from people reporting doing this for them.  otherwise its gonna be a hot stuff, people will jump on it and fix their meth brain and pharma will compound it. believe me buddy, you are confused :)
