Sleep Drug Blues

I'm feeling pretty sad. I'm currently on trazodone and pregabalin because it's the only thing that makes me sleep. However then during the day I feel mostly disengaged from the rest of the world and experience cognitive issues. Motivational, clear-minded feelings are not really happening. I think I will be stuck like this forever... I really have no idea what to do with myself. This needs to stop but it appears there are no options. I've tried many things.
