Another training day, another experience. Today was leg day (workout C) and I was curious to see if I would be noticing changes today as well. Though I do not know if C60 works this fast, I feel like yesterday and today -both with no pre-workout supps- were going better than expected.
Workout C:
Calf Raise: 110, 107.5, 105
Squat: 85, 82.5, 80
Single Leg Romanian Deadlift: 2x15 (12, 12, 12)
Reverse Calf Raise: 32.5 (20, 20, 20)
DB Lunges: 2x25 (6, 6, 6)
Ham Curls: 40 (6, 6, 6)
Tomorrow will be Workout B: arms and back, looking forward to it! I will also be trying to contact my doctor to talk to him about my blood results (i.e. T-levels).
