Day 3 on C60 and time for workout B: arms and back!
I started off great, lifting heavier with ease despite, again, not having taken a pre-workout. Especially my hammer curl lifts increased in number of reps amazingly. This extra amount of volume may have caused the end of my workout to be a little less spectacular, as my last two exercises weren't improved compared to before.
Pull-Up: BW+10, BW+8, BW+6
Reverse BB Curl: 27.5 (6, 6, 6)
Hammer Curls: 16 (10, 10, 10)
Back Flyes: 20 (10, 10, 10)
Chin Ups: 12 (9, 8, 8)
Preacher Curls: 15 (9, 8, 6)
Also, I called my doctor today regarding my blood results. Since my total testosterone was too low, but my free -and thus active- T was normal, he suggested to just wait for a few months until my new blood test to see if something would change. So, I'll just have to wait and see then, I guess.
