Yes, finally. It's spring break: 2 weeks without classes, 2 weeks at home, gotta love it! I'll need to study, of course, especially Neurosciences due to its massive amount, but still, I'll be relaxing mostly.
Anyways, back to the real purpose of this blog. Yesterday I wasn't able to workout, so my workout C (leg day) was moved to today. Regarding my own 'feeling': I never have felt any differently, not from the C60, nor from the nootropics, which I'll have to experiment with one of these days in order to find my personal 'sweet touch'.
Workout C:
Calf Raise: 110, 110, 105
Squat: 86.5, 81.5, 79
Single Legged Romanian Deadlift: 17.5 (10, 10, 10)
Reverse Calf Raise: 44 (30, 30, 30)
Ham Curls: 32 (7, 6, 6)
Note that the ham curls at home (where I have to put my own weights on) seem to be different from those at the gym (a machine with built-in weights). I still have progressed on this exercise.
Tomorrow will be time for Workout B. I will start taking MRM Zero Sugar Driven, a pre-workout I have stopped taking for a long time, since it contained DMAE, of which I read some negative properties. After receiving a response from MRM saying the blend contains 74 mg, I suppose this lowish dose won't do too much harm. (if someone has evidence to proof otherwise, please DO tell me!)
