pqq c60 leg day
Hello my friends,
 
Today was leg day and, as mentioned, I have done some tweaks in my program. For leg day, however, not much has changed.
I haven't taken any pre-workout, as I stopped the MRM Zero Sugar Driven, but started with PQQ today. This will not only be a supplement for my training, but primarily for health and longevity. (though the added exercise-related benefits are definitely welcome!) I'm using PQQ 20 mg from Doctor's Best, which seemed to be the cheapest one available. Since I took my first dose less than an hour before training, it's too early to notice much/anything.
 
Workout C:
Calf Raise: 115, 110, 110
Back Squat: 86.5, 84, 79
Single Legged Romanian Deadlift: 2x20 (10, 10, 10)
Reverse Calf Raise: 64 (30, 30, 30)
Ham Curls: 32.5 (7, 7, 7)
 
As a huge fan of Real Madrid (football/soccer, depending on which continent your from), I'm currently anxiously watching the Champions League quarter final game against Dortmund. We're 2-0 behind, but as long as we don't concede another goal, we're fine. Fingers crossed!
