Wednesday. What a nice day! The sun is shining, Real Madrid reached the semi-finals after almost giving me a heart attack (not really) due to their nonchalance, and it's still spring break!
Today was time for my first session of my modified workout B (back and arms) as well as my second day on PQQ. Regarding the latter, I do not really notice any difference, don't know if that's normal or how long it takes for it to kick in.
Anyways...
Workout B:
Pull Ups: BW+10, BW+9, BW+8
Reverse BB Curls: 28 (8, 7, 7)
Hammer Curls: 17.5 (11, 11, 11)
Bent-over BB Rows: 50 (8, 8, 8)
T-Rows: 80 (8, 8, 8)
Zottmann Curls: 12.5 (6, 6, 6)
I have done the Zottmann curls before and reintroduced them as they are very effective. However, they literally make your arms burn, so be prepared if you want to do them. This was my first time doing the T-rows and I have to say I like this exercise a lot, as well as the bent-over BB rows (which I have done often before though).
I'm still doing the same A-C-B-Rest-A-C-B-Rest split, which seems as if it's doomed to overtrain, especially since I'm lifting heavy (for my standards), but I eat/sleep/feel well without feeling any pain or fatigue. Could this be due to C60? Who knows!
