I happened to notice a Red Light Therapy room among the tanning rooms at Planet Fitness yesterday. As many will have read here on the forum, there is lots of support for for 650nm (red) light and producing collagen and not only this, but it's not tanning, it doesn't use wavelengths which are known to cause cancer. Unique Encouragement at Planet Fitness

I've discovered a unique element of PF as I've signed up and been there twice now. The Lunk Alarm! A beacon of encouragement and reminder to always have an encouraging attitude and say things with a voice of encouragement. I was very surprised at just how open the place must be. I must remember to return the encouragement I find there to others.
